ECA stack dosage

As briefly discussed in here, the typical ECA stack dosage is taken 3 times a day. In the following ECA stack dosage plan, we include Aspirin as part of the stack but this is completely optional. According to experts, Aspirin can sometimes heavily increase your blood pressure which is highly dangerous. Common symptomss include stomach pain, heart burn, nausea and vomiting. Therefore, you have a choice to make; you can either take the full Aspirin dosage (as many do),  baby aspirin which are a lot smaller, or leave it out entirely.

Here are the typical ECA stack dosages, 3 times per day:

  • 20-25mg of Ephedrine.
  • 200mg Caffeine.
  • 325mg of Aspirin.*(or 81mg / leave out entirely)

I personally use 25mg of Ephedrine and 200mg of Caffeine without the Aspirin in my ECA stack dosage. From my experience, I do not see the need for adding Aspirin to your stack, however the majority of users do. As mentioned above, it has been proven to increase your risk of high blood pressure which is something I would rather avoid. If you still wish to include it in your stack, I would suggest to perhaps use baby Aspirin instead which are usually 81mg.

Sample ECA stack dosage cycle

Here is a sample of an ECA stack cycle and how I would consume it without Aspirin, please note that I’m not a medical expert.

On your first day I would highly recommend to take one half dosage to see if you are hyper sensitive to ephedrine. This is extremely rare but it’s better to be safe than sorry. After an introduction to the stack, we should then slowly build our way up to the full dosage for health precautions, although many regular users jump straight into the full measurements. While taking 3x dosages per day, I would suggest that the first dose should be early in the morning, second dose at lunch and third around 5:00 pm. To avoid not being able to sleep, I wouldn’t take the last dose after 6 o clock.

Here is our cycle for the ECA stack dosage:

Day 1 : 10 or 12.5 mg of Ephedrine + 100mg of Caffeine once only.

Day 2-4 : 10/12.5 mg of Ephedrine + 100mg of Caffeine. 3x times throughout the day.

Day 5-7 : 20/25mg of Ephedrine + 200mg of Caffeine in the morning, 10 or 12.5 mg of Ephedrine + 100mg of Caffeine as your second and third dosage.

Day 8-14 : 20/25mg of Ephedrine + 200mg of Caffeine first and second dose, 10 or 12.5 mg of Ephedrine + 100mg of Caffeine as last dose.

14 – X : 20/25mg of Ephedrine + 200mg of Caffeine. 3x times throughout the day.

Here is a sample stack that you can download to future reference. Included is a more visual appealing of the above dosage cycle.

Eca stack dosage
I would only suggest running the stack for 8 weeks in a continuous cycle, and then take a couple of weeks off to leave your body rest after the ECA stack. This can reduce your increased tolerance to Caffeine and Ephedrine, while giving your body time to recover.

Here are some of the following components that are vital to our ECA stack. Primatene (which contains our Ephedrine) can be bought from online stores such as Amazon, which can be be found be clicking on the images below.
